Ready to Take the Survey?

Step 1

  • If you're interested in more information or ready to take the survey, call or email Dr. Leslie Wilson for more study information or link to the study.

Step 2

  • UCSF researchers will discuss with you and send you a URL link to take the study online. It will take approximately 30 minutes and when you're done, we will send you $10 in the mail.
  • Please read the consent form.
  • Survey link will be sent to you via email.
