UCSF seeks adults with lower limb loss/difference for online study
We are recruiting volunteers to take part in our online patient preference survey

This study is approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of California San Francisco (IRB #17-22205).

Compensation
Each patient will receive ten ($10) dollars for completion of the survey at each time point.

Purpose
UCSF and Hanger Clinics are conducting a study to measure patient preferences to determine how different factors such as pain, ease of use, sensation, or gait control are important to you as a person with a lower limb loss.

You will be asked to answer a series of questions on a computer regarding your background, current prosthetic use, and prosthetic preferences.

You will not be asked to undergo any procedure.

Estimated time: 25-30 minutes
