This study is approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University of California San Francisco (IRB #17-22205).

Purpose

UCSF is conducting a study to measure patient preferences to determine how different factors such as pain, ease of use, sensation, or gait control are important to you as a person with a lower limb loss/difference.

You will be asked to answer a series of questions on a computer regarding your background, current prosthetic use, and preferences when choosing a prosthesis. 

You will not be asked to undergo any procedure.

Estimated time to complete the survey: 25-30 minutes

Compensation

Each patient will receive ten dollars ($10) for completion of the survey at each time point.
